Buzzing Bites: Foot Long Pretzel

Buzzing Bites: Foot Long Pretzel

On this week’s Buzzing Bites, I’m reviewing the foot long pretzel from Subway.

All in all, I think the pretzel is overrated. When I bought the pretzel it was hot and steamy, but by the time I went to eat it a few minutes later it seemed to have gotten hard. The way the pretzel looks is very aesthetically pleasing and looks very appetizing, but I couldn’t even continue eating after trying a few bites.

I think if someone were to try it immediately after it was cooked it would be better, but letting it sit is not a good idea.

Not only was the pretzel too hard and difficult to chew, it also tasted so strongly of butter that it was not appetizing to me. The flakes of salt were so chunky that there was no real flavor at all.

The pretzel may not have been good, but getting to join in on the trend of trying this foot long pretzel was pretty cool.

Overall I would rate this foot long pretzel 2.2 stars out of 5.
