Buzzing Bites: Buldak Ramen Noodles

Buzzing Bites: Buldak Ramen Noodles

On this week’s Buzzing Bites, I tried the viral Buldak spicy noodles. The flavor I found most appealing to try was the carbonara.

My initial reaction to the noodles was that they were too spicy for me. I kept eating to give the noodles a fair chance and found that after a few bites I didn’t mind the spice as much. If you aren’t very tolerant of spice, I would recommend only adding a little of the sauce.

There is a lot of flavor going on, but this is not to say that the flavors don’t compliment each other. The noodles themselves are very thick and have a nice texture. I enjoyed these specific noodles much more than the ramen noodles many of us are used to.

Overall, I would recommend Buldak spicy noodles. I would rate these 4.7 out of 5 stars.
