EHHS ATHLETICS STAT CHAT 19 October

Boys Soccer- Marvin Cardenas

Coach Callahan says: “I would choose Marvin Cardenas. He works hard in every practice, shows the most team spirit and puts his body on the line in every game.”

Marvin says: “I have 5 goals and 6 assists. I enjoy soccer because I love playing on the field with my friends and teammates, and I love growing as a team. I believe to be a team player means to not feel above of your teammates but to work as one to grow and accomplish together.”

Football- Dominic Plano

Coach Benoit says: “The kid who comes to mind is Dom Plano. Dom has emerged as a team leader and is having a great senior season. He is an outstanding citizen and student.”
Domenic says he has had
20 tackles and a forced fumble. “I started playing sophomore year and fell in love with the game I liked the team and the coaches. Because of them I came a long way since sophomore year even though we had no season. When I played junior year and got varsity time, I realized how enjoyable the sport is especially making tackles. It’s just a lot of fun and no feeling bests being on the field under the lights on a Friday night.”
