Teen Topics: Relationship Tools for Teens @ Hagaman Library

Tuesday January 23 @ 3:30 pm
Teen+Topics%3A+Relationship+Tools+for+Teens+%40+Hagaman+Library

Healthy relationships bring out the best in you and make you feel good about yourself. A healthy relationship does not mean a “perfect” relationship, and no one is healthy 100% of the time, but the signs talked about in this presentation are behaviors you should strive for in all of your relationships. Healthy relationships manifest themselves as healthy communication, but in order to have a healthy relationship, you need to love yourself first. In this presentation, learn about some characteristics and behaviors of a healthy relationship, while also learning about the signs that make up an unhealthy relationship.

Open to all teens age 12 to 18. Presented by Rachael Schippani, Coordinator Community Education, Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services, a program of BHcare. Free refreshments will be served.

Program to be held at Hagaman Library, 227 Main Street, East Haven, CT, 06512. Registration is Required – please contact the library at 203-468-3890 or email the teen librarian directly at [email protected] to sign-up or get more information. Program sponsored by the East Haven Youth Service Bureau.  This program is the first in a series – future ‘Teen Topic’ events will be offered monthly on the last Tuesday of Each Month through June.
