On this week’s Buzzing Bites, I visited Dunkin’ to try 2 items on the new holiday menu. These items were the cookie butter specialty donut and the cookie butter cold brew.
The donut is topped with maple icing and cookie crumbles and filled with cookie butter that oozes out as you take a bite. It has a burst of flavor and a great crunch! The donut currently stands at $2.98 and is available at all Dunkin locations. I rate the donut a perfect 10/10.
The cookie butter cold brew was very tasty. It tastes exactly the same as the donut but better with its mix of maple and cookie butter. The cold foam and cookie crumbles at the top adds so much flavor and texture to the drink and overall makes it 10 times better. This drink is definitely for someone who prefers sweetness. I rate the cold brew a 9/10 due to it being a little too sweet, but overall it is very delicious.
