Speeding Through the Forest

While on a tour through the El Yunque Rainforest in Luquillo in a UTV, I captured this really cool picture of my dad driving with my little brother in the front. Although not seen, my mom and I were in the backseat screaming our heads off because he kept stopping and hitting the pedal, making us FLY on the trail. He did the same thing over a massive puddle, covering us in mud.

The Rush of a River

On another stop during our tour, our tour guide brought us to the Mameyes River, letting us swim and explore the beautiful river that flows directly from the rainforest. A Flag in the Wind

This cart with merchandise and other trinkets led to an inside joke between my mother and me after the person running it advertised it like crazy! While at Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla, he was walking around telling everyone about the towels, t-shirts, dominoes, and flags that he had, repeating it throughout the two hours we were there. He was very kind, and his merchandise was very nice!

Swirling Through the Skies

The skies were perfectly blue throughout the entire time we were on the beach, with light swirls of white from the slight clouds. I was sunbathing and kept seeing this beautiful shot of the trees, and had to get my camera out and take it. It really reminds me of wallpapers you'd find while searching for "summer aesthetic" or "beach aesthetic."

Staring Through a Window

While walking to the parking garage, I loved to look out at the decorations of the hotel. Right in front of the casino, which was connected to the hotel, was very pretty, especially with the fountain and all of the scenery around it. The blue skies made the green of the shrubs and trees.

The Highest Climb With the Eyes

Behind our hotel was this large structure that I could not figure out its purpose. I thought it was such a cool building, and it stood out beautifully while surrounded by the lush green of the trees and the perfect blue of the sky. My dad kept making the joke that he would love to bungee jump from it, trying to drag both my mom and me into it to do it as well.

A Little Treat for a Friend

This is a stray dog we saw while eating at a restaurant in Guvate. Guavate is known as one of the "pork highways" of Puerto Rico, with restaurants serving pork in many different ways, from ears to pig's feet at "Lechoneras," which are restaurants that serve "lechón" (spit-roasted pig). We ended up letting him have some of our leftovers because we knew we likely would not have been able to finish them before our trip was over.

White Boat & White Skies

This picture ended up being one of my favorites from the trip, even though it's a bit simple. Old San Juan is where many cruise ships dock when visiting Puerto Rico, so during our trip, we ended up seeing a few different ships. This boat was one of the largest boats I've seen, and the white ship and white skies are such a beautiful balance.

Falling Together Like Dominos

While finding things to do on our trip, my mom found a TikTok video about this place. The Distrito T-Mobile in San Juan is full of restaurants and entertainment, like an arcade and a domino playing field, as shown in this picture. The place was huge and very loud, but it had some interesting things to do.
